Chad Primmer - Attorney

Chad Primmer is an experienced attorney who gets to know each of his clients on a personal level so that he can better represent their legal interests.

Chad believes in giving his free time to community and professional organizations, as well. At the age of 22, Chad was the youngest person ever elected to the Council Bluffs City Council, and is currently involved in a variety of professional, civic and service groups in Council Bluffs and across the state.

He is a member of the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2003, Chad represented the United States in a delegation to Morocco. Chad is especially proud of his involvement as a board member of the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association Justice for All Political Action Committee.

Chad is a graduate of Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs, the University of Northern Iowa and Creighton University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Iowa, Nebraska, Federal Court in the US District Court for the District of Nebraska, the US District Court for the Northern District of Iowa and the US District Court for the Southern District of Iowa. Chad is also an experienced appellate attorney and has practiced in several other states alongside local counsel. He is an active member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, Pottawattamie County Bar Association, Southwest Iowa Lawyer League, Iowa Trial Lawyers Association and Iowa State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.


Tricia McSorley - Associate Attorney

Tricia McSorley is lifelong resident of Council Bluffs and is happy to be raising her three children here. In her free time, Tricia enjoys running and volunteering for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Make-AWish and Habitat for Humanity. Tricia is a graduate of Creighton University School of Law and is looking forward to developing a busy general practice, including but not limited to, criminal, family and personal injury law.


Mandy L. Whiddon - Associate Attorney

Mandy L. Whiddon moved to the area from Montana to attend Creighton University School of Law. When she finished she decided to stay and raise her daughter here. In her free time, Mandy volunteers at her daughter's school, coaches soccer and t-ball, and plays tennis. She is also involved with Race for the Cure. She is a graduate of Creighton University School of Law and is looking forward to developing a busy general practice, including but not limited to, criminal, family and personal injury law.
